I found buying a car at GVI a very easy experience - almost too easy! It was a bit of a spontaneous decision to buy an EV before the Clean Car Rebate was gone, so it all happened very quickly. The staff definitely made it as easy as possible - eg: help with finance, etc.

After dealing with another dealership that wasn't big on communication or prompt service, I was contacted by someone very shortly after that the vehicle I was previously wanting to buy was back up and available to purchase at GVI. Jackie's prompt communication and personality made it feel as though you were talking to a life long friend, even though you'd never met him before. What the other dealership took a week to do only took Jackie a couple of days, making it obvious that GVI was the way to move forward. Honi's chill but professional approach topped off the overall experience. He made you feel like you were able to lay back on a river and be carried through the entire experience very smoothly while you were busy during your work week. I would recommend the GVI team to anyone looking to buy or sell a car in the future. Appreciate the time and support of the team.
