KEY FACTS
Power comes from a 348cc SOHC four-stroke engine with a bore/stroke of 75.5mm x 78mm, producing approximately 37bhp (28kW), paired with a four-speed transmission.

The bike was exported from the UK to Malaysia, where it remained for a long period of time, before being moved to New Zealand to be campaigned lightly in classic races.

It was acquired by road racer John Farnsworth and used over the next decade or so.

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

This AJS 7R has a black frame with a matching body, which features gold AJS decals and stripes.
It rides on a set of 19-inch WM1 and WM2 wheels, with black spokes and polished lips, which still feature their original hubs.

The engine is equipped with a Lucas 2 MTT magneto and an Amal 5 GP carburettor.
